  1. Well so far she is admitting that her judgment on Yucca rests on 10 year old science. She wants to see the latest reports and update her knowledge before making her mind up.

    Plus she won’t recluse herself from voting on Yucca.

  2. Japan seems to be taking the No Bozos allowed rules in nominating the new heads of the soon to be Nuclear Safety Regulator come September.

    A radiation physicist, a reactor expert, a radiology expert, a former ambassador to the United Nations and a seismologist are in line to be nominated by parliament.
