Another Blogger (and Environmentalist) for Nuclear Energy – BraveNewClimate.com
A friend sent me a link that once again indicated that the Internet, despite search engines and alerts, is still a source of content and opinions that is so vast you can still find surprises about even a very narrowly focused topic. I have been publishing and researching articles and commentary about atomic energy for going on fifteen years, yet had never come across BraveNewClimate.com. Considering the number of articles that the site has published on the subject, as listed on Integral Fast Reactor (IFR) Nuclear Power that is kind of surprising.
Like James Hansen, Tom Blees, Steve Kirsch, Mark Lynas and George Stanford, Barry Brook is very interested in the Integral Fast Reactor as a long term power source that can consume the used nuclear fuel from conventional light water reactors. (Of course, that is not the ONLY choice, but it is a reasonable one that may have a place in a competitive energy environment.)
Go and visit Professor Barry Brook and give him my regards. I hope you spend as long looking around his terrific web site as I did.
