Another Blogger for Nuclear Energy – Nuclear Brunette

My trip to Atlanta for the ANS meeting has already been proven to be completely worthwhile – at least in my psychic accounting system. Dan Yurman (Idaho Samizdat), John Wheeler (This Week In Nuclear) and I (The Atomic Show) participated in a lively panel discussion – with passionate commentary from the audience from Kirk Sorensen (Energy from Thorium) – on the topic of talking about nuclear energy using new media tools.

Dan provided an excellent summary of the discussion on The Energy Collective with a post titled Nuclear Bloggers achieve critical mass at ANS Atlanta.

We had fun and benefited from a great deal of audience participation, but best of all, we apparently provided the final push to get at least one new blogger for nuclear energy to start up. Please check out the “Hello World” post from Nuclear Brunette, a 20 year old female student who apparently attends Georgia Tech and likes The Jackets.
