Eric McErlain of NEI Nuclear Notes pointed me to an interesting discussion that is taking place under the title of The Long Green over on Unqualified Offerings.

There are about 30 comments and counting. I have participated, but will not cross-post my comments here since they would not make too much sense out of the context of the discussion.
