Wall Street Journal's Environmental Capital blog chats about energy subsidies

The Energy Information Agency has recently released a report in response to a Congressional request to put numbers on the subsidies provided to various energy sources. The Wall Street Journal’s Environmental Capital Blog is discussing that report with a post titled At the Trough: A Peak at US Energy Subsidies. The discussion is currently being dominated by a man who spends a lot of time quoting various slanted reports from organizations like Public Citizen and Nuclear Information and Research Service (NIRS) that deny the numbers provided by the government agency assigned to the task of answering congress.

What are those stages of grief again? I think that there are some in the anti-nuclear community that are mired in the denial phase as they face the loss of their raison d’etre.
